Heyo! My name is Jennifer Wong. I am a rising senior and one of the current co-presidents. I have been a part of Destination Imagination since 2020 and have loved (almost) every moment of it. I truthfully initially joined DI to expand my extracurricular list, but I stuck around for the invaluable friends and experiences gained along the way. My favorite memory has to be performing live in front of the judges as my team tried to cover up minor mistakes in ridiculously humorous ways. Hello everyone, my name is Kaitlyn Wong. As a rising senior, I will be one of the Co-Presidents for this upcoming 2022-2023 school year. I have participated in Destination Imagination since 2020, so about two years now! One of my favorite memories of DI was the break period right after my team’s performance; I could remember the excitement and happiness I felt learning that we had placed 1st in the tournament. I was extremely proud of my team as we participated in the service learning category. For the upcoming DI season, I look forward to building not only a close-knit community, but also improving everyone’s teamwork and communication skills.

Hi, my name is Jacob Shiuan and I am one of the Public Relations officers as a junior. I have been in DI since I was a freshman and joined because my friends encouraged me to since we could be on the same team while doing engineering-related projects. My favorite memory of DI was when my group and I worked on building a car out of wood for our competition. That was a lot of fun!

Hi, my name is Katelyn Wu and I am a sophomore! I am one of the Public Relations officers for the 2022-23 school year. I joined AHS Destination Imagination as a freshman so this year will be my second year as a member! I decided to join Destination Imagination because I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and seek new opportunities. One of my favorite memories of DI was hanging out with my team members while we waited for the States competition results in Riverside. I’m really excited for this new year and hope for a successful competition season!

Hi everyone, I’m Timothy Truong. I'm currently a junior and I am your Activities Commissioner. I joined DI in my freshman year of highschool and this will be my 3rd year in DI. I joined DI because a friend of mine suggested that we compete as a team. We all decided to compete in the Engineering Challenge and over the past 2 years, we have qualified for Globals 2X. One of my favorite memories from DI was when we won High IC at Regionals which was a surprise to all of us since that was our first time doing an IC in person. Outside of DI, I play in the high school marching band and in the high school volleyball team.

Hey everyone, I’m Leo Lin and I’m a junior and currently your Historian. I have been in DI since my freshman year and this year will be my third year with this club. I joined DI because it seemed like a chill academic team where my friends and I could have fun. My favorite memory of DI was winning multiple awards throughout the years and just having a great time with friends. I hope you have the same experiences as our officers and I did.
